Veatery was founded in 2020 Camilla Elise Almblom with help from her younger sister, Clara Elisabeth Almblom, and Veatery is today still run by the two sisters together with a passionate team of talented women. At its core, Veatery is built on a lifelong love of food, aesthetics, and bringing people together.

Growing up, the door to our childhood home was always open - sometimes literally, but always in spirit. Our parents loved hosting, and they approached it with care, creativity, and an eye for detail. We remember how our mother would set the table with beautiful flowers and carefully chosen tableware, while our father prepared dishes in the kitchen.

Looking back, we often find it both funny and meaningful that we have built a company around something that once felt like such a natural and everyday part of our lives. Because what we experienced growing up wasn’t just about food - it was about creating space for people to gather, connect, and feel welcomed.

Today, that is exactly what we help others do.

Through Veatery, we support our clients in creating thoughtful, inviting, and seamless hosting experiences. We specialize in plantbased catering, offering vegetarian and vegan menus that are as visually striking as they are full of flavor. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a celebration, or a larger corporate event, our offerings are designed to suit any occasion - with a choice between family style menus that encourage connection and sharing, and elegant finger food for more dynamic settings.

Our menus are based on the finest seasonal ingredients and are updated quarterly, ensuring a fresh and inspiring experience every time. Beyond the food itself, our role is to take on the practical responsibilities of hosting so our clients can focus on what truly matters: being present with their guests.

Too often, the host becomes a spectator in their own event: busy in the kitchen while everyone else enjoys the moment. With our catering and optional event package, where we take care of everything from setup to serving and clearing, we make it possible to host without stepping away from the experience.
