We curated and executed a full dining concept for this event. We created a custom menu inspired by the new shoe being launched, working with a palette of white and green to reflect its aesthetic. The menu featured several shareable dishes served family style throughout the table, followed by an individually plated dessert.

We were also responsible for setting the table and sourcing select pieces of serviceware to support the visual direction. To further shape the atmosphere, we designed all floral arrangements and produced sculptural cauliflower candle holders as part of the table decor.

For the welcome drinks, we composed a foodscape: a styled tableau of fresh vegetables that acted as both a centerpiece and a serving environment for the beverages. Throughout the evening, we also handled the full beverage program, from the welcome cocktails to wine and non-alcoholic pairings.
